Creative Skills for Employment

Throughout 2018-2020 SBC are a major Partner on the Creative Skills for Employment Programme as part of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) programme, co-funded by the EU, Home Office and in partnership with Refugee Council and World Jewish Relief. Working with 20 Syrian refugee families in Sheffield, Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and Coventry we deliver a Creative Skills for Employment programme to support integration, language skills and confidence. Participants attend performances at local theatres, often for the first time and plan a group trip to a destination of their choice within the UK.
