Gifted has been made with over 200 participants from around Oldham, including groups from; Chess Club, Vibrant Voices and Chatty English Cafe at Oldham Library, Lego Club at Limehurst Library, Greenhill Community and Sports Centre, In My Shoes Theatre Group, Sholver and Moorside Community Centre and Manchester City of Sanctuary. 

Stand & Be Counted's core team are Smart Banda (Digital Director), Firas Chihi (Community Director), Rosie MacPherson (Artistic Director and Joint CEO), John Tomlinson (Executive Director and Joint CEO). The creative team on this project also includes; Nadia Emam (Director and Facilitator), Eleanor Ferguson (Designer), Chelsea Morgan (Facilitator), Ai Narapol (Filmmaker and Photographer), Kyle Prior (AR Designer), Tom Robbins (Production Manager), Carys Thomas (Associate Producer) and Ed Waring (Sound Designer).
